Why realtors choose it

The gift stays in the home — and keeps you part of the story.

Closing gifts are easy to forget. A portrait of the house is different because the gift and the milestone are the same thing.

01

It feels genuinely personal.

Your client immediately recognizes the home they worked so hard to buy. It doesn’t feel like another generic branded gift.

02

It lasts longer than consumables.

Wine, food baskets and candles disappear. A home portrait is designed to live on the wall for years.

03

It creates a referral moment.

It becomes a natural conversation piece — the kind of gift friends and family ask about when they visit.

04

It is easy to order repeatedly.

Choose a package, upload the property photo, add the family name, and move on with your closing week.

Easy To Make A Lasting Impression.

Four bestselling options. One commemorative gift.

Choose the presentation that fits the closing. Every commission includes your custom artwork, personalization, and a digital proof before production.

The quality is in the details

Finished like a piece of art — not simply a print in a frame.

The framed collection is built around tactile fine-art materials and a complete, ready-to-display finish. The details are standardized for you, so ordering stays simple while the finished gift feels considered from front to back.

01
Cold Press Fine Art Paper

A softly textured fine-art surface gives watercolor washes, pigment variation, and architectural linework a more natural physical presence.

02
Solid wood framing

Framed portraits use a substantial 1.25″-wide × 0.875″-deep wood profile in Natural Oak or Matte Black.

Representative close-up rendering of classic off-white matting around a watercolor portrait
03
Classic off-white matting

A restrained off-white mat gives the artwork breathing room: 2″ on 8×10 and 11×14 framed portraits, and 3″ on the 16×20 Statement.

04

Acrylic glazing

Clear, lightweight glazing protects the artwork while keeping the presentation clean and unobtrusive.

05

Dry mounted to foam core

The fine-art print is supported and kept flat as part of the finished framed presentation.

06

Finished backing + hardware

Kraft paper backing and installed hanging wire mean the framed portrait arrives finished from the back and ready to display.

Gallery Canvas

A modern alternative, finished just as intentionally.

The 16×20 canvas uses a 1.25″ stretched profile with mirror-wrapped edges and an installed sawtooth hanger for a clean, ready-to-display presentation.

Material close-ups are representative renderings used to illustrate the specified construction and finish.

Proof before production

See it before we make it permanent.

After you commission the portrait, we create a digital proof from the home photo you submit and send it to you for review. Nothing is printed, framed, or sent to production until you approve the artwork.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find some helpful answers

What kind of photo should I upload?

Use a clear exterior image that shows the whole front of the home. Daylight, minimal obstruction and a reasonably straight camera angle give the best source material.

Can I use the listing photo?

Only upload a photo you have permission to use. If the listing photographer retains copyright, use your own phone photo or obtain permission first.

Do I have to choose paper types, mat widths or frame profiles?

No. We've made the process fast and easy. All of our products come mounted and ready to hang. All you have to decide is the size and frame color.

What can be personalized?

You can personalize the Family Name or Portrait Title and the Year Established. You may also include a custom printed gift message or hand written note upload free of charge.

What styles are available?

Choose between a soft, expressive watercolor portrait and a detailed pen-and-ink rendering. Both preserve the home’s recognizable architecture and details, and your selected style is confirmed in the digital proof before production.

Is canvas available?

Yes. The 16 × 20 Gallery Canvas is the streamlined modern option for clients who prefer a gallery-style presentation without a traditional mat and frame.

Will I see the portrait before it is printed?

Yes. We send a digital proof for your review before production. You can check the architecture, crop, color, and personalization, and request reasonable refinements if something needs attention. Printing or framing begins only after you approve the proof.
