Home Portraits collects the information necessary to create, fulfill and support custom portrait orders. This may include contact information, shipping information, personalization details and photographs you upload.

Uploaded photographs

Uploaded home photographs are used to create and fulfill the requested portrait. You should only upload photographs you own or have permission to use.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout when enabled. Card data is submitted directly to Stripe and is not collected by this website.

Order forms

When deployed on Netlify, order-form submissions may be stored using Netlify Forms so the business can fulfill the order. Shipping-address and product-configuration information may also be transmitted securely to our print or fulfillment provider to calculate live shipping rates and, after proof approval, to fulfill the order.

Analytics and cookies

This starter site does not include advertising pixels or analytics by default. If analytics, advertising or retargeting tools are added, update this policy and any required cookie-consent mechanism.
